Recently, I also enjoy planning and development in new markets such as VR. The main job as a director is to manage progress and tasks, create specifications, and give instructions to each person in charge. When I feel fun as a director, what I can aim for objects I imagine can also be achieved with my colleagues with that goal. Because it is my favorite game, I feel I'm glad I came in this industry and came in this business.
My main responsibility is the UI design of the game. It is my job to put together the opinions of clients and project members and put them in the design.
